2. Estimates and Quotations
All quotes are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.
Additional costs may arise if further issues are discovered during repair.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Workmanship
All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill.
We aim to match paint colours as closely as possible, but exact matches cannot always be guaranteed due to ageing, fading, or manufacturer variations.
Repair times are estimates and may change depending on parts availability or unforeseen issues.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle and any prior damage.
Personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle before work begins.
BodyTek Spraying LTD is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until full payment is received.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Warranty / Guarantee
We may provide a warranty on paintwork and repairs (e.g., 6–12 months depending on the job).
Warranty does not cover:
New damage or accidents
Wear and tear
Improper care or maintenance
Any warranty claims must be reported promptly.
7. Liability
BodyTek Spraying LTD will not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by third parties (e.g., parts suppliers)
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the work carried out.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.
Deposits (if taken) may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs at short notice.
